User Responsibility
If in the opinion of Net2Go you breach any term or condition while using the service, your access may be suspended without credit or refund. Net2Go is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of any downloaded information, program or virus. You are responsible for the security of your login details, and for the behavior of anyone using your login details. You must not use the service to send unwelcome emails, breach any laws or codes of conduct, behave in a way which interferes with other users, or defames, harasses or menaces anyone. You indemnify Net2Go from any loss, claims or damages in any way connected with use of the service using your login details.

Pricing
The purchase price of the Net2Go product does not include any telecommunications charges. ACCESS Net2Go may restrict or disconnect your access to the Net2Go system if - you are idle or inactive for 30 minutes; or you are connected for more than 4 hours at one time. You may reconnect to the Net2Go service as often as you wish within your 30 day period. You are only allowed one login at any given time. Your 30 day period starts from the first time you connect.

Access

CLI CND
Net-2-go collects CLIs from all users accessing the system, even from services with suppressed CND. This information is only used for purposes permitted by the Telecommunications Act.
